Skateland of Augusta Terms of Employment
To be eligible for employment at Skateland of Augusta, you must understand and agree upon the terms listed below. This form must be signed for your application to be considered.
UNIFORM:
While working or on the premises your uniform must be neat, clean, ironed and tucked in. You must be in proper uniform at all times while you are on duty. While in the building, proper dress is required by all employees, especially when not on duty.
APPEARANCE:
Hair must be kept neat, clean, out of face, and if working with food (snack bar or parties) long hair should be pulled back in a ponytail or clip. Beards, goatees, and mustaches must be clean and trimmed.
MAKEUP:
Makeup must be in good taste and modest.
PIERCING:
The only piercings acceptable are earrings. All earrings are to be modest in size and in good taste. No more than two earrings per ear may be worn while on duty and must be worn only in earlobes. Facial, and tongue piercing are not appropriate for this job, or any other visible piercing except what is stated above.
TATTOOS:
The only acceptable tattoos are those that are not seen while you are in uniform.
CONDUCT:
Swearing or any kind of vulgarity is not acceptable during work times or when on the premises. Anytime you are on Skateland of Augusta property, at an employee meeting, or company gathering you are representing this company. We expect you to be polite and respectable at all times.
Proper dress and conduct shall be at the discretion of the Skateland of Augusta management. There will be a 60-day probation period. If it is determined you are not qualified for the job, you may be terminated.
